Hay-on-Wye is set in the fabulous Brecon Beacons National Park and is on the route of both Offa’s Dyke and the Wye Valley Walk. There are also lovely country strolls from the town itself.

The town is famous for its many Bookshops as well as local crafts and antique shops.  There are numerous cafes and restaurants and lots of trendy shops and galleries to browse through

The cottage has a well stocked kitchen with initial breakfast foods provided* Fresh bread, fruit and eggs, milk, cheese, oil, spread, cereals, sauces,
conserves and condiments.

The kitchen has: both an Aga and electric fan oven,
Fridge and Microwave. Cleaning products and cloths.
The cottage is centrally heated and also has a Wood Burning stove
with initial log supply.
